About Kelly
Kelly Armstrong specializes in plaintiffs employment discrimination law against the nation's largest companies. Ms. Armstrong provides representation for all aspects of employment discrimination cases involving race, religion, gender, age, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, retaliation, whistleblower retaliation, breach of contract, defamation, invasion of privacy, labor and wage & hour claims. Ms. Armstrong has worked on several multi-million dollar cases and was recently featured in the San Francisco Chronicle due to a $20,000,000 whistleblower retaliation complaint she filed on behalf of a former executive and in the national media due to a $75,000,000 age discrimination, harassment and retaliation complaint she filed on behalf of three former executives. Ms. Armstrong completed her undergraduate education at the University of California at Berkeley where she earned the distinction of Phi Beta Kappa. She then went abroad to work as a lobbyist for a former member of Parliament in London, England. Ms. Armstrong returned from the U.K. to attend law school at the University of San Francisco School of Law where she was awarded a scholarship. Ms. Armstrong is a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, and Consumer Attorneys of California.
