Kelly Chen is an Associate at Munck Carter, and is a member of the Firm's Corporate Transactions section concentrating her practice in the areas of import/export compliance, international trade compliance, cross-border transactions, corporate structuring (including joint ventures and mergers and acquisitions) and franchise and distribution law. She has also been involved with complex international tax structuring as well as assisting clients navigate the complexities of the U.S. Internal Revenue Service.
Ms. Chen has previously worked in the international tax department at Deloitte as well as overseas in the legal department of a large waste management company where she worked on international dispute resolution.
