Ken served as an Assistant Jefferson County Attorney from 1984 to 1990 during which time he worked primarily as a prosecuting attorney. Ken has been a Member of Conliffe, Sandmann & Sullivan, PLLC. continuously since 1984. Ken is certified as a “General Civil Mediator” by the Kentucky Court of Justice. Ken has received an “AV” Peer Review Rating by Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics. Since 1995, I have assisted people across the state of Kentucky and throughout the United States who have been injured and need guidance because of a variety of unfortunate circumstances. I have had the privilege to represent individuals and families, injured or killed due to dangerous products such as farm implements, coal mining machinery, elevators and firearms. Ryan grew up in Shepherdsville, Kentucky, a small town just south of Louisville. Ryan moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. Before beginning his career in law, Ryan worked closely with state congressional leaders in Frankfort before being tasked with managing a United States congressional campaign. Following his work in politics, Ryan worked as a legal assistant and law clerk during the three years spent completing his legal education at the University of Kentucky College of Law, where Ryan earned his legal degree.
