About Kerri
Kerri concentrates her practice in the areas of real estate, commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law and franchise work. Kerri also works in the securities area with investment advisers registered with the SEC and the State of Colorado.
In Kerris real estate practice she represents clients in the purchase, sale and leasing of real estate as well as financing. She has represented buyers and sellers of real estate and financial institutions in a variety of loans secured by real property. Kerri also has extensive experience in representing both buyers and sellers in asset and stock purchases and sales.
Kerri received her undergraduate degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder (magna cum laude) and her juris doctor from the University of Denver College of Law. Kerri served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Robert McWilliams on the United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals prior to entering private practice.
