Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
Over the past two years, I have represented several clients involved in hit in cross walks or on parking lots. Because of our firms reputation, we were able to get the maximum payments, both involving six figure payouts to our clients.
How did you build a successful practice?
Being honest. We will not make promises we can not keep and strive to be available as much as possible.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
You should always get to meet with the attorney first, not a legal assistant. You should feel comfortable with your attorney, and be able to ask questions.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Critical. Judges in each jurisdiction have certain rules and procedure they like followed and a relationship with the Judges, local prosecutors and other attorneys in the area is important.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Limited. Without seeing specific paperwork or meeting the client in person, it is very difficult to get the best legal advice over the phone.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Basic. Name, Phone Number, general information about the case, name of the opposing party and the jurisdiction it is located.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I feel like I offer a lot of compassion to my clients. Our clients are usually at their lowest point when meeting with us, and we offer compassion and stand with them throughout the process.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Each day I get a new challenge and get to meet someone new.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I officiate college football. My family and I enjoy traveling and are trying to see a home baseball game in every park in the major leagues

Yes, I am involved in our local church.
