He has been practicing law for over 13 years and has represented many of the major wireless telecommunications carriers and infrastructure providers, commercial developers, hospital health system, religious organizations and businesses in various land use, zoning and transactional matters throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Jones appears before numerous municipal land use boards and state agencies throughout both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He also reviews and negotiates commercial leases and license agreements, deeds, non-disclosure agreements and contracts. He has obtained 1000’s of governmental approvals for telecommunications matters throughout the region for new raw land tower facilities as well as collocations, modifications and upgrades to existing facilities. He has obtained numerous zoning approvals for DAS, microcell, metrocell, picocell and small cell wireless installations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Mr. Jones has also appeared before and worked with the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities to obtain CLEC authority approvals for prospective competitive local exchange carriers.
Mr. Jones’ background also includes experience in commercial and residential real estate law, mortgage and lending law, healthcare law, commercial leasing and licensing law, business law, contracts, public utility law, personal injury law, franchise law, municipal law and litigation. He is currently a member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania Bars.
