I started Pappas & Richardson, LLC in 1998 with my good friend, Jay Richardson. We have grown into a very successful law firm and our latest success is the Hercules Law Group (HLG). We handle areas of general litigation, criminal defense and business law. We strive to do a thorough job for clients and do whatever we can to get the best possible results. We have an incredible team of competent and compassionate people behind us and we are serious about what we do. I served as a Prosecutor in Waterford Township from 2010-2011. Alex Kemeny is the managing member of Kemeny, Ramp & Renaud, LLC. He oversees the firm's operation to ensure that client goals are pursued effectively and efficiently. Mr. Kemeny earned his Juris Doctor from the Rutgers School of Law. In law school he received the Top Brief and Top Oralist awards in the Hunter Moot Court Competition for his class year. He was repeatedly on the Dean's List, twice elected to the University Senate, and served as a Graduate Student Representative to the Rutgers University Board of Trustees. Prior to receiving his Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law, Mr. Kemeny earned a Bachelor of Art in History from McGill University. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey, State of New York, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey, and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. ​

I was a staff attorney with the housing unit at Northeast New Jersey Legal Services. I provided assistance to people with evictions, utility issues, illegal lockouts, ejectments, debt collections related to housing and foreclosures. I am interested in practicing in more legal areas such as immigration law, employment law, labor law, education law, white collar crimes, civil rights and wills. I am open to learn more areas of law and get involved in more complex litigation to continued to develop my skills as an attorney. I have a particular interest in prosecuting white collar crime because many people in the corporate world get away with crimes that have a massive impact on the world. One example is pyramid schemes that are passing off as multi level marketing.

Mr. Ginsberg has been practicing law with an emphasis on Personal Injury & Medical Malpractice since 1981. He was certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney in 1987, recertified in 1994, 2001 and 2006. He has litigated to conclusion in excess of 150 Medical Malpractice actions, obtaining substantial recoveries for claims of misdiagnosing cancer, negligence in the delivering of babies, emergency room negligence, surgical malpractice & implantation of false memories. Omar K. Qadeer, Esq. is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Mr. Qadeer practices in a wide range of areas, including family law, immigration, business law, municipal law and criminal defense. Mr. Qadeer earned his J.D. from Roger Williams University School of Law, where he gained experience as a student attorney in the school’s Community Justice Law Clinic, working on child support, child custody and divorce cases. Within his first year working with a busy New Jersey firm, Mr. Qadeer had made approximately 200 court appearances in his areas of practice. While the number of appearances has increased over time, Mr. Qadeer still offers the same level of professionalism and care that his clients appreciate. Through his law school career, Mr. Qadeer also worked as an intern for the Office of the Executive Counsel for the Governor of Rhode Island and part-time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Stephen P. Craig Provorny is Managing Director of Herold Law.
