Mr. Warmbrandt is a former state prosecutor, and combined with his experience as a defense attorney has tried and participated in more than 100 bench and jury trials and motion and evidentiary hearings. He served several years on the Florida Bar Committee on Traffic and DUI rules, responsible for creating the rules for traffic and DUI cases in the state of Florida.
He has also authored published articles relating to traffic stops and DUI arrests. Mr. Warmbrandt is further dedicated to helping clients in both residential and commercial landlord disputes whether the client is attempting to regain possession or is attempting to keep possession.
