Ms. Barranti earned undergraduate degrees from the Western Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Pennsylvania State University. She obtained her J. D. from John F. Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

During the plaintiff's tenure at the company, he was repeatedly subjected to a hostile workplace. Plaintiff has a serious medical condition/disability. The manager routinely criticized plaintiff's performance and questioned why he took off for doctor's appts. Plaintiff's condition became progressively worse; he took FMLA but was terminated after taking the FMLA leave.

Honesty, hardwork and dedication for the client.

Is the attorney performing/acting in the client's best efforts.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Since I know the many of the local attorneys it is much easier to negotiation/litigate; being familiar with the local bench allows me to predict challenges/opportunities proceeding with a case.
