Randall (“Randy”) Wolfe, is our founding Partner. Randy earned his Bachelor’s Degree from the University of California, and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Santa Clara, where he was honored as its “Best Oral Advocate.” He has been admitted to practice law in Oregon since 1989. He is also licensed to practice law in Washington State. He is a President’s Circle Member of the Oregon Trial Lawyer’s Association. Randy is married with four children.

Attorney At Law Attorney Joshua V. Callahan founded The Callahan Law Office in his home state of Oregon in 2014. Since then he has helped numerous clients in the Lake Oswego and Portland areas successfully attain the maximum compensation they deserve following motor vehicle, medical malpractice, and other accidents. While completing his formal education, and before opening his own practice, Joshua started a business providing trial support services as a consultant and technical expert. After supporting trial attorneys in over 50 trials statewide, Joshua knew he wanted to be a trial attorney himself. Watching and supporting some of the most experienced trial attorneys in the Portland area, including Attorney Ralph Rayburn, allowed Joshua to gain valuable legal experience unique among his peers. Drawing from this knowledge, Josh has become a successful negotiator and litigator in his own right, who fights tirelessly for the rights of his injured clients. Proud Combat Veteran, Husband & Father Joshua was born and raised in Southeast Portland. He served in the US Army as a Military Police Officer for almost eight years, during which time he was deployed overseas numerous times for combat and other important missions. Joshua then returned to the Portland area to complete his undergraduate degree and attend law school. Josh is married to his amazing wife Anne who is also an attorney in the Portland area. They are the parents of two young boys, Brady and Patrick. When he is not working diligently for his clients, Josh enjoys spending time with his family and friends as well as staying active on the golf course and the basketball court. Joshua and Anne live in the Southeast Portland area and plan to raise their boys in the same great environment they were both so lucky to grow up in as young children.

Dan formed Thenell Law Group in 2012. Dan’s practice focuses on the investigation and litigation of Special Investigation Unit (SIU) claims and first and third party coverage claims. Within his areas of practice, Dan is experienced in the bad faith and claim coverage issues inherent in first party SIU investigations and litigation. Dan is also the General Counsel of the Oregon State Lodge of the Fraternal Order of Police, and the Chapter Counsel for the Oregon IASIU Chapter. Before creating Thenell Law Group, Dan spent six years as a partner with a large litigation defense firm. Prior to that, Dan represented cities and counties in civil rights and employment cases. He worked for six years as a Washington County Deputy District Attorney, where he prosecuted more than 60 jury trials and numerous court trials. Dan specialized in the prosecution of large-scale identity theft and fraud crimes. Dan regularly defends Oregon and Washington insurers against coverage and extra-contractual allegations. Since entering civil practice in 2005, Dan has been lead trial counsel in approximately 30 trials, including in the federal judicial districts of Oregon, Washington, and Idaho. Dan also conducts Examination Under Oath in Alaska. In addition to being a trial lawyer, Dan has conducted hundreds of EUOs regarding property and casualty claims. Dan also conducts policy language reviews and provides general coverage advice to clients on Pacific Northwest liability and property issues.

Adam Weiner has been practicing law in Oregon since May 1998. After successfully spending many years representing individuals in different types of litigation in state and federal court, Adam decided to open his own law practice in the summer of 2009 primarily focusing on representing individuals and small businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies. Since that time, Adam has been providing compassionate and professional legal services to those considering or pursuing a Chapter 7 or Chapter 13 bankruptcy. In addition to his knowledge, professionalism, compassion, and strong advocacy to help guide individuals regarding their debt issues, Adam truly believes the strength that separates him from the rest is his personal attention to every client (unlike some bankruptcy law firms, Adam does not rely on non-lawyer assistants to meet with potential and/or actual clients). Adam can oftentimes be heard declaring that he’s a musician who passionately serves individuals in the Portland, Oregon, area who deserve a knowledgeable, strong, compassionate, and trustworthy lawyer to help guide them through debt and bankruptcy issues and to protect their rights. I graduated from law school with the goal of working in criminal defense. For approximately the first four years of my practice, I accepted privately retained and court-appointed criminal defense cases and gained valuable trial experience. After I was rear-ended three times in one year and suffered compounded whiplash, I became interested in personal injury law. Since then, I have expanded my practice into include a combination of criminal and general civil litigation including auto accidents, dog bites, premises liability, product liability, police misconduct, expungements, stalking/restraining orders. I offer a free phone consultation for personal injury clients only. For landlord tenant cases, we must first do a conflicts check, then my initial consultation rate is $200.00 which is a reduction of our normal $300.00 hourly rate. If you are a tenant, I sometimes offer a contingency fee rate after the initial consultation.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Mr. Burke worked as an editor and reporter in the newspaper business before immigrating to Portland by following the Oregon Trail in the mid-2000s. While not practicing law, Brendan enjoys golf, pub trivia, comedy, reading and rooting for the Denver Broncos!

Barry was born and raised in Flint, Michigan and is a first-generation college graduate beating his niece by a mere two years. Barry moved to Oregon in 1999 and save three years to attend law school in Lansing, Michigan has been here since. Prior to becoming a lawyer Barry had a multitude of occupations including being a Pre-School teacher, a political organizer and a chef. While not practicing law, Barry loves to spend time with his wife Amy, two sons Meshach and Everett and their husky Rue. He also is and avid hiker, backpacker, snowboarder, plays ice hockey and is a die-hard Detroit Red Wings fan.

Alex Hostetler graduated "cum laude" from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2018. Alex decided to take the plunge into law school in order to work to improve access to justice for everyone. As a member of the LGBT community, he understands how intimidating it can be to reach out to someone who doesn’t understand your background, no matter your issue. He hopes to help people alleviate some of that stress by offering thoughtful legal services to individuals from all walks of life. As a newer attorney, Alex is working under the supervision of managing attorney, Jennie L. Clark, and the other highly experienced attorneys in the firm of Clark Law and Associates, LLC on landlord/tenant and personal injury cases. Alex currently lives with his husband in Beaverton. In his free time, he enjoys video games, cross stitch, and hiking. Alex is a huge animal lover, and lives with a spoiled dog, two cats, and too many fish.

Attorney Brian S. Ruff comes to Clark Law and Associates with over 20 years of experience in personal injury law.  He graduated from Willamette University College of Law, where he was the Vice-President of the Student Bar Association, and became an attorney in 1998.  However, Brian has worked in the legal industry since 1993. Brian has been guiding injury victims through the complicated maze of the claims process, fighting for their right to recover compensation from the country’s largest insurers, for most of his career. Early on, he spent five years as an insurance defense lawyer and brings with him the unique behind-the-scenes experience that came with it. Brian and his wife have two children and own a home in Clackamas County.  In his free time, Brian enjoys photography and astronomy.  He is also a Portland Timbers season ticket holder and a vocal member of the Timbers Army.
