About Lewis

Attorney Eisenberg is a 1971 graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey. He attended New England School of Law in Boston and graduated summa cum laude and first in his law school class in 1976.  Upon graduation, he received the Amos L. Taylor Award for Excellence in Scholarship and the Board of Trustee Award for Highest Academic Achievement. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and is licensed to practice in the Federal Courts.

Attorney Eisenberg began working with Martin Cosgrove in 1976 and became a partner in 1980 when the firm became Cosgrove and Eisenberg, P.C. Upon Tom Kiley's joining the firm in 1987 the firm changed its name to Cosgrove, Eisenberg and Kiley, P.C.

He concentrates his practice in civil litigation with and emphasis on personal injury and construction law.  He is a member of the American College of Trial Atttorneys and was elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates.  He is also a member of the Quincy Bar Association, the Norfolk County Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, and the American Trial Lawyers Association.  He is also a fellow of the Massachusetts Bar Foundation.
