About Lisa
Lisa Rowan received her bachelor of science degree in nursing from Emory University in 1990. She received her law degree, cum laude, from Oklahoma City University in May 2000. Previously, she was a Registered Nurse with over eight years of experience in critical care nursing. She also served for two years as a Risk Manager for Sisters of St. Mary's Health Care. While in law school, she researched and assisted in the preparation of writings for chapters in the textbook Legal Medicine. S. Sandy Sanbar, et al.,.5th edition. St. Louis, MO: Mosby, 2001. She is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses, Nashville Bar Association, The Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice formerly the Association of Trial Lawyers of America and Lawyers Association for Women. Ms. Rowan's primary areas of practice include: medical malpractice; products liability; and vehicular accident sections.
