William R. Larkin, III ("Bill") and Joseph P. Farrell, III ("Joe") built their careers together at a mid-sized firm with a high volume litigation practice. Joe started at the firm in December 2001 and Bill followed shortly thereafter in April 2003. Both were promoted to Partner in 2008. Bill had the privilege of running the day-to-day operations of the firm as Managing Partner while Joe was the lead trial attorney and Manager of the arbitration and appeals departments. They represented large insurance companies, government agencies, and private clients in thousands of lawsuits over the course of 15+ years before leaving the firm to form Larkin Farrell, LLC. At Larkin Farrell, LLC we refer to ourselves as a "team" throughout our website and sales materials because it is important to us that we convey to our clients, and potential clients, the collaborative nature of the way we handle each file we are assigned. We, as a firm, do not assign a file and forget about it. We collaborate and strategize every step of the way. Mark J. Walters is the Managing Partner of LaBletta & Walters LLC and heads the firm's New Jersey office located in Eatontown, New Jersey. Mr. Walters represents clients in all aspects and phases of litigation. Over a 17 year legal career, Mr. Walters regulary litigates jury and bench trials to verdict for his clients. He has also successfully litigated cases in the New Jersey Appellate Division, the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Walters maintains a very active practice in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He has received recognition for legal excellence in both states. In 2012, Mr. Walters was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine. Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star. In 2018 and 2019, Mr. Walters was named a Super Lawyer by Philadelphia Magazine, an honor bestowed upon no more than 5% of practicing attorneys in each state. In 2018, Mr. Walters was also named a “Monmouth County Top Lawyer” by Monmouth Health & Life Magazine. The “Top Lawyer” distinction was the result of a peer-review survey of more than 1,800 lawyers who practice in Monmouth County, New Jersey. Mr. Walters graduated with honors from Villanova University School of Law.
