THOMAS A. BORDELON was born in San Antonio, Texas on December 6, 1959. Mr. Bordelon graduated cum laude from Louisiana State University at Shreveport, where he was named recipient of the University Award in Economics, the highest award given by the faculty for outstanding achievement. Mr. Bordelon received his law degree from Louisiana State University Law Center in Baton Rouge. He was admitted to practice in 1993. He is a member of the Shreveport and Louisiana Bar Associations, and the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel. He is also a member of the Harry Booth Inns of Court. Mr. Bordelon is involved in civil and criminal litigation, with extensive trial experience in personal injury, medical malpractice, product liability, automobile and casualty insurance, family law and property. He is admitted to practice in all Louisiana courts, as well as the United States Western District and Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He has also served as an adjunct professor of law at LSU in Shreveport.

A native of New Orleans, Evan Breaux is the son of Darryl Breaux. Since his youth, Evan has known that he wanted to be an attorney like his father, Darryl, and his maternal grandfather, the late Clifford P. de Laup, Jr. While earning his Business Management degree at the University of New Orleans, Mr. Breaux worked part-time for his father, thus beginning his experience in the field of personal injury law. Mr. Breaux then worked as a law clerk for a Baton Rouge mixed litigation firm with a concentration in personal injury during his law school years. Soon after obtaining his Louisiana Bar license, Evan began working as an Associate Attorney at a well-known, large personal injury firm in New Orleans. Evan gained valuable experience at that law firm, and in January of 2017, he joined the law office of Darryl Breaux & Associates, creating one of New Orleans’ only father-son personal injury law firms. Like his father, Evan is accessible; he believes the firm’s family atmosphere and dedication to personal attention is what sets DB&A apart from other firms.
