QUESTIONNAIRE
Client engaged my services after unsatisfactory results with previous attorney. The results obtained for the client were of the sort that allowed him to be free of any medical debt arising from his accident and allowed to him to be where he desired to be after the accident. This commitment to the client's objectives has resulted in referrals from the client.
How did you build a successful practice?My practice is based on results for the clients based on the objectives presented by them to the attorney. The commitment to be available for client communication within a couple of hours of client contact is a key in building my successful practice. Hard work and commitment to detail go a long way to breed success.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?Clients should look for a lawyer that is committed to timely responsiveness to client communications. Someone willing to commit to the client objectives.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?Local knowledge is critical to case success. One has to be familiar with who the persons who will potential serve in a jury trial are made up of, what the community's make up is. Need to be aware of the demographics, economic situation of the community.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?Phone consultations are extremely important in obtaining a basic screening of the potential client's situation. However, it cannot replace the face to face consultation.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?The information a client should be able to provide in a phone consult is a brief summary of the fact situation. All upcoming deadlines or statute of limitations issues.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?Several things differentiate me from other practitioners. First, I have twenty years experience practicing as an attorney. Second, I am licensed and in good standing in the State of Oklahoma and the State of Texas. Lastly, I have experience with a vast number of different situations making me able to adjust to any fact situation presented by the potential client.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?The most rewarding aspect of my job has always turned out to be the knowing that I have made a difference in the life of the client and the fact that they felt as such by choosing to refer me to other potential clients.
What are your other interests in addition to law?My other interests are my commitment to God, family and my only vice is the University of Oklahoma Sooners football games.
Are you involved in your community?I am involved in all my children's activities from volunteering at their school to helping out with their sports activities. I also make time to assist and volunteer with my church.
