About Lynn
Mr. Davies is a prominent trial attorney, having successfully tried, as lead counsel, over 140 cases to juries, primarily in the areas of personal injury, business litigation, and insurance. His current practice involves large litigation cases in the diverse fields of products liability, health care, insurance, business and personal injury. His practice includes representation of both defendants and plaintiffs; accepting plaintiff's cases of $100,000 or more.
Mr. Davies is a member of the American Bar Association, the Utah State Bar (where he has served as Chairman of the Legal Economics Committee), and the Salt Lake County Bar Association. He practices in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Davies has been a shareholder in the firm since 1984. He carries a Martindale-Hubbell AV rating, Utah Business Magazine has placed him on its Legal Elite lists and he was included on the 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012 Mountain States Super Lawyers list.
