About Marc
Marc McCain has lived in the Phoenix area since 1978. He attended Arizona State University where he studied business finance and graduated with highest honors in 1991. After graduating from ASU he worked as a financial analyst with a local litigation consulting firm until he decided to follow his true passion to study law at Arizona State University College of Law. Marc graduated from ASU College of Law with honors in 1995 and has been practicing in the Phoenix area ever since. Marc started his legal career at one of Arizona's largest law firms before moving to a national law firm with a local, Phoenix office. After several years of seasoning working on high profile real estate, corporate and business matters, Marc co-founded McCain & Bursh, PLC, Attorneys at Law in 1999 with his fellow ASU graduate, Darius Bursh.
Marc represents each and every client with one guiding principle - he represents the client as he would want to be represented by an attorney. This translates into an attorney that is attentive to his clients' situation and needs, that works tirelessly to achieve the best possible result for his clients, and that understands that each case must be worked in a prudent, cost-effective and efficient manner.
Marc McCain has extensive experience in a wide range of commercial and business transactions including commercial and residential real estate transactions and development, asset purchase and sale agreements, and business entity formation.
