About Marissa
Ms. Mantia has always had a passion for being a voice to the voiceless and providing direction to those who aren't quite sure what steps to follow. During her time in law school, she was a Judicial Intern at the 18th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida, Civil Division. Ms. Mantia was also President of the Disability Law Society at her law school. Soon after graduating law school, and being admitted to the State Bar of Florida, Ms. Mantia began working for a family law firm in downtown Orlando.
Following her time practicing family law, Ms. Mantia came to work at the Mantia Law Firm. Since then, Ms. Mantia has enjoyed being able to put her skills to the test, and assist clients who are injured, and not sure what the next best step is for their auto accident case. When she's not in the office, Ms. Mantia enjoys traveling with her husband, and spending time with her two rescue dogs, Frankie and Lucky.

Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I had a client who had to have back surgery due to a very bad car accident he was involved in. Because of this accident, he was unable to continue working as a delivery driver and was on the verge of losing. He was behind on his mortgage payments due to the accident. After a long battle with the insurance company, I was able to get him the full policy available for his injuries, and he was able to bring his mortgage up to date with the settlement proceeds he received.
How did you build a successful practice?
Our practice has been built on exceptional customer service, that other law firms do not provide. You are not a number at our firm, you are an individual whose life has been turned upside down because of a recent accident. We understand the stress an accident places on your life and handle you with the care you deserve.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
A client should look for a lawyer and law firm that is able to take their calls, spend time with them, and make them a priority. They should also look to see how easy it is to get their lawyer on the phone, and not always being pushed to a legal assistant or paralegal.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
The ultimate goal of my consultations is determining whether my office is a good fit for a potential client. If I believe our firm can assist a client with their accident, the potential client will be informed during the call and provided ways in which we can help.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
Information that would be helpful in a free consultation would be anything related to your accident. Items such as pictures, driver's exchange, crash report and videos can assist in providing the best consultation possible.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is being able to assist people who are in their worst moments and make them better. Knowing that I can have a major impact on someone's life makes all the hard work worth it.
