Mark R. Gilling is an Attorney and Owner at Gilling Legal Group, PLLC. Mr. Gilling concentrates his his practice on serious injury or wrongful death litigation. These include injuries resulting from workplace/industrial accidents, automobile and trucking accidents, including vehicle or tire defects that lead to catastrophic accidents such as rollovers and tread separations. Mr. Gilling is also a certified baseball agent by the Major League Baseball Players Association. He has represented Joel Peralta, Relief Pitcher for Tampa Bay Rays, for over ten years.
