About Mark

Mark Rosenblum is a trial lawyer with almost 30 years of experience. Originally from Queens, New York, Mr. Rosenblum received his undergraduate degree in Communications from the University of Buffalo and his law degree from the University of Miami. After a five-year stint as a public defender in Jacksonville, he became employed as a federal public defender for the District of Colorado, stationed in Denver for seven years. He then served as a federal public defender in Jacksonville from 1992 - 1999. Mr. Rosenblum is a member of the Jacksonville Bar Association (where he has served on the Professionalism Committee), the Federal Bar Association, the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has taught Professional Responsibility at Florida Coastal School of Law. Mr. Rosenblum is a past President of the Jacksonville Chapter of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and has served on the Board of Directors as a Chapter Representative to that organization. He opened his private practice in 1999, where he specializes in the representation of people accused of crime.
