Garret S. DeReus is an experienced civil rights and personal injury attorney with over a decade of litigation experience. As a partner at Bizer & DeReus, Mr. DeReus has dedicated his career to litigation and advocating for individuals whose rights have been violated. Mr. DeReus handles civil rights cases, personal injury claims, nursing home abuse, and medical malpractice. Eva has dedicated her legal practice to advocating for Louisiana’s most vulnerable residents. She graduated from Barnard College in 2016 and Tulane Law School in 2021. She began her career in legal aid as a staff attorney at Southeast Louisiana Legal Services where she represented survivors of intimate partner violence in civil cases in Baton Rouge and surrounding parishes. She then worked at Louisiana Fair Housing Action Center representing tenants facing eviction in Orleans Parish. She is excited to bring her passion for social justice and civil rights to Bizer & DeReus. In her free time she enjoys walking her dog Joni along Bayou St. John and cooking meals for her friends.

Kevin Riché is a lifelong resident of South Louisiana. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (History) degree from Louisiana State University, followed by Juris Doctor and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees from the LSU Paul Hebert Law Center, where he graduated with honors and received multiple academic and trial advocacy awards.​ ​​ Kevin has over 10 years of litigation and trial experience throughout Louisiana.
