About Martin
Martin Jaszczuk is a TCPA class action defense lawyer. He is routinely retained by the country’s biggest corporations to lead the defense of their most dangerous TCPA class actions.
Years ago, he formed and led one of the country’s first TCPA practice groups at an AmLaw 100 law firm. Since then, he has defended TCPA cases throughout the United States, including California, Colorado, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Tennessee and Texas.
Today, he is lead counsel to multiple Fortune 500 companies, defending them in their highest-stakes nationwide TCPA class action litigation and helping them structure effective and compliant telemarketing programs and policies to avoid TCPA lawsuits and regulatory actions in the first place.
Having started his career as a criminal prosecutor and defense lawyer, Martin has tried over 100 cases and, beyond the TCPA, has represented numerous entities in complex business and commercial disputes, insurance coverage actions, securities-related matters and FINRA arbitrations.
