He went on to earn his Master’s degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. Following law school, Mr. Boyd accepted a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Karen H. Following his clerkship, Mr. Boyd joined the St. Mary’s County State’s Attorney’s Office, eventually becoming the lead prosecutor for vehicular homicides.
