C. located about half way between our nation’s capitol and Baltimore, Maryland. Many of our clients are businesses located in or individuals who live or work in the greater Olney community, which includes the town of Olney itself and the surrounding areas of Ashton, Brookeville, Cloverly, Derwood, Gaithersburg, Laytonsville, Leisure World, Rockville, Sandy Spring, Silver Spring, and Wheaton. All of our attorneys live in Olney. Thus, we have developed a reputation as Olney’s hometown law firm. Although we like our reputation as Olney’s hometown law firm, our client base is much larger than just the Olney area. The firm represents clients throughout the State of Maryland, and in particular, between the cities of Washingon, D.C. and Baltimore, Md. He has been asked to serve on various boards, commissions and committees for county and state governments, bar associations and community groups. His local health care cases were reported on throughout the print and electronic media, including The Washington Post and DC area television stations, and his national election litigation in Florida was covered by CNN and MSNBC.

A native Baltimorean, Mr. Rifkin has spent his career helping people. He graduated college in three years from the George Washington University with distinction, attended the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he won the prestigious Edwin R. Keedy Cup in Moot Court competition. He returned home to practice law which he has done since 1982. He has taught legal courses at Stevenson University as an adjunct professor and has chaired the Maryland State Bar Association Franchise and Distribution Law Committee. He is a long-time member of the American Bar Association Forum on Franchising.

Justin Hollimon is the Founding Partner of The Hollimon Firm. He is a graduate of The George Washington University and The Howard University School of Law. Mr. Hollimon is currently barred in the State of Maryland and the District Court of Columbia. He is also barred in the Federal District Courts for Maryland and the District of Columbia. Mr. Hollimon has significant experience representing clients in both civil and criminal cases. His motto is simple: “Your Life Matters”. Mr. Hollimon serves on the Board of Trustees for the Maryland Office of Public Defender and is an adjunct professor at the University of Baltimore.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in finance from Loyola College, Ron Miller attended University of Baltimore School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. While at the University of Baltimore, Ron was chosen as the Executive Editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review and was elected to the Heuisler Honor Society. Ron''s practice initially focused on the representation of pharmaceutical companies, handling cases around the country for companies such as Bayer and GlaxoSmithKline. Preferring to represent individual victims as opposed to big companies, Ron now puts to use the experience he gained in representing big companies to work exclusively for serious injury victims in motor vehicle accident, products liability and medical malpractice cases. His client list has included Michael Strahan of the New York Giants (and now Live with Kelly and Michael), David Meggett of the New England Patriots, and victims of the Columbine massacre in Denver, Colorado. Ron is also a Professor at the University of Baltimore School of Law, instructing in Insurance Law and Sports Law for the last 19 years.
