About Robin

I am a seasoned California attorney with 21 years of experience. My practice focuses on real estate and business matters, for which I assist my clients in litigation and transactional matters. I have represented hundreds of clients, ranging from individual entrepreneurs to mid-size companies.

Please describe a case(s) in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
I have been blessed with success in many cases. In one recent case my client was being sued on a large monetary obligation. The facts of the case and the substantive law were against him. Upon further investigation I discovered that the Plaintiff lacked legal capacity to sue, which allowed us to settle his case quickly and at a fraction of the obligation.

How did you build a successful practice?
My success in the practice of law comes from my hard work and dedication to helping my clients reach their legal goals. Over the past 20 years, I have been blessed with many satisfied clients who repeatedly use my services, and refer others to my practice.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Searching for a lawyer is no different from searching for any other professional. You should look for someone who is experienced, has a genuine interest in what they are doing, and has a good track record of success.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I work aggressively and passionately to help my clients reach their legal goals. Having practiced law for 20 years, I am more experienced than the average lawyer in the community.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is seeing the satisfaction in my clients' eyes. The practice of law is challenging; sometimes I face legal questions that seem unfavorable to a client. It takes good research skills and hard work to look for favorable authority, and see if I can still advocate for my client despite that challenge.

What are your other interests in addition to law?
I enjoy hiking, photography, and spending time with my family.

Are you involved in your community?
Yes, I volunteer some of my time with the local bar associations and nonprofit organizations as my way of giving back to the community.

Hourly rate $350-$375.00; Certain matters on flat fee basis.
