Peck Law Offices was established in 1960 by the late Russell Peck, Sr. His aim was to start a law firm dedicated to providing probate administration services in Massachusetts. Before his death, Russell Peck, Jr. worked under the tutelage of his father for over a decade. He learned from his legal expertise and experience. Attorney Churchill remains an active member of the Plymouth District Bar Association. Attorney Churchill was sworn into the Supreme Court of the United States in 2008. She is admitted to practice before all Massachusetts courts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She has successfully litigated numerous cases and has represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Attorney Churchill is a certified member of the criminal defense bar advocate panel in Plymouth County. She is also a Notary Public for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her three sons and friends. She also enjoys traveling and boating.

Adam joined Fitzpatrick & Associates in 2017. He concentrates his practice in Worker’s Compensation, Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Employment law, and Automobile accidents. Adam attended New England School of Law │ Boston, and received his Juris Doctor Magna Cum Laude in 2016 . While in Law School Adam was on the Dean’s list all semesters, received the New England Scholar Award from 2013-2015, was awarded the Trustee’s Academic Scholarship from 2014-2016. Adam served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Judge Raymond Brassard in Superior Court and he served as a student Attorney for the New England Law│Boston Clinical law Office representing clients in Social Security Disability, Family Law, and Elder Planning. Adam also studied at the National University of Ireland, Galway where he participated in a course entitled Perspective on the U.S. Supreme Court taught by the late Justice Antonin Scalia. I began my legal career as a court reporter more than 25 years ago and participated in thousands of hearings, depositions and trials in criminal, probate and civil litigation cases before becoming an attorney in 2007. My passion for hard work has carried over into my legal career, and I don’t shy away from challenges. I enjoy being a part of a service-oriented profession. I am licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and Florida and am a member of the Massachusetts Council on Family Mediation, Inc. I have earned my J.D. degree from the New England School of Law and a B.A. degree from Notre Dame College, cum laude. Currently, my practice is focused on all matters related to family law, including contested and uncontested divorce, child support, child custody, alimony and property division. I am a seasoned and precise litigator who is extremely comfortable in the courtroom. I also, however, recognize the role and value of family law mediation and act as a neutral third party for divorcing couples who are looking to reach an agreement on their dissolution without the time and expense of court. When I’m not working, I’m enjoying time with my family and singing, playing guitar and writing music. Attorney Giordano started his career in the Enforcement Division of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), in its New York Regional Office. There, he participated in civil and administrative actions against broker-dealers and registered representatives for violations of federal securities laws; and conducted discovery and administrative investigations. ‍ After his employment with the SEC in New York City, between the 1980’s and the early 1990’s, he worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office in the District of New Jersey where he investigated and prosecuted federal criminal matters with a concentration on federal securities fraud violations; presented evidence and witnesses before the U.S. Grand Jury. ‍ Attorney Giordano entered private practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in early 1990’s and acted as principal in various law firms for over three decades. In May 2005, Attorney Giordano along with Attorney Reed opened their law firm, Reed & Giordano, P.A. ‍ Attorney Giordano deals with various areas of commercial and complex litigation, securities litigation, arbitration and many more. He has over thirty years of experience representing businesses and individuals in a wide variety of legal disputes and transactions. Attorney Giordano is experienced in all phases of civil and commercial litigation, including trial and appellate practice in state and federal courts.
