Questions & Answers
Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
A client came to me on the brink of losing everything—family, business, future. The system was stacked against them. I stepped in, flipped the script, and built a defense so airtight that not only did they win, but the opposition walked away shaken. When I take on a case, I take control. My clients don’t just get a lawyer; they get a powerhouse in their corner.
How did you build a successful practice?
By being undeniable. I don’t wait for opportunities—I create them. From day one, I built my reputation by being the man people call when they need real results. No fluff, no sugarcoating, just strategy, power, and execution. My practice thrives because I deliver what others promise.
What should clients look for in a lawyer?
Someone who owns the room the second they step in. You don’t want a lawyer who’s timid, passive, or plays it safe. You want a closer—someone who can read the game, anticipate every move, and dominate the legal battlefield. Confidence, intelligence, and a track record of winning—that’s what you should look for.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
It’s everything. Knowing the law isn’t enough—you have to know the players. I walk into a courtroom already understanding the judge’s tendencies, the opposing counsel’s weaknesses, and the way the system operates in that jurisdiction. I don’t just play the game—I master it.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
Just the raw facts. Don’t sugarcoat, don’t hold back—tell me exactly what’s going on, and I’ll tell you exactly how to win. My job is to cut through the noise and see the path to victory.
What information do you need in a free phone consultation?
I need the raw facts—nothing sugarcoated, nothing held back. What’s the issue? Who’s involved? What’s at stake? The more direct and upfront you are, the faster I can cut through the noise and map out your best move. My job isn’t to waste time—it’s to get you the advantage you need, fast.
What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I don’t just know the law—I own the strategy. Most lawyers play checkers; I play high-stakes chess. I see moves before they happen, anticipate every angle, and I’m relentless in pushing for results. Clients don’t hire me just for legal knowledge—they hire me because I get shit done and I don’t lose.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Winning. Changing people’s lives. Taking a situation where someone feels powerless and flipping the script entirely. When my clients walk out of a courtroom with their heads high and their future secure, knowing they had the right man fighting for them—that’s what makes this worth it.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
I’m not just a lawyer—I’m a leader, a father, and a man who values excellence in every part of life. I raise my three kids on my own, making sure they grow up strong, smart, and capable. I also volunteer-teach at my local Vietnamese church community, passing down knowledge and discipline. Outside of that, I’m passionate about travel, cooking, diet, and nutrition—because taking care of your mind and body is just as important as taking care of business.
Are you involved in your community?
Absolutely. I believe real leadership starts at home and extends into the community. I actively volunteer-teach at my local Vietnamese church, mentoring and guiding the next generation. Whether it’s helping families, educating others, or setting an example of what’s possible when you’re disciplined and focused, I make sure my presence makes an impact.
