Matthew T. Sutter is a life-long resident of northern Virginia and since graduating from law school in 2003 has focused his practice representing individuals and business owners in civil litigation throughout northern Virginia. Being a lifelong area resident, Mr. Sutter sees the need for a client-centered practice focused on the business community.
