Brian’s practice is concentrated in the areas of Business/Corporate Law, Estate Planning and Commercial Real Estate. His clients include business entities and business owners located in Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Georgia, Texas, Delaware and other foreign (out-of-state) jurisdictions, with interests in Michigan. Over his 22 years of practice, Brian has also established long-term relationships with many Chicago law firms and other out-of-state law firms who call on him routinely to assist in providing services to their clients with a specific transactional need in Michigan and/or a desire to establish a relationship with Michigan legal counsel in the event of need on short notice.
Brian lives with his wife, Joann, in St. Joseph, Michigan. In his free time he enjoys any activity that can be done outside in any kind of weather. He especially enjoys backcountry camping and mountaineering and has climbed mountains throughout the U.S. and the French and Swiss Alps.
