Megan Dailey joined Yesk Law as Attorney, Of Counsel, in June of 2012 with over 10 years of experience in litigating real estate and construction disputes. Ms. Dailey represents clients pursuing claims for wrongful foreclosure arising out of defects in the foreclosure process, and violations of real estate and lending laws. Ms. Dailey began litigating real estate and construction disputes in private practice in 2002. She is experienced in real estate sales transaction claims such as fraud and non-disclosure, statutory claims under the Truth-in-Lending Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and private and public works construction contract claims. Ms. Dailey was employed at the Law Office of George W. Wolff in San Francisco, California, as an Associate Attorney from 2002-2007, bringing collection actions to recover funds for general contractors. Thereafter, Ms. Dailey sold real estate at Prudential California Realty for two years in Oakland, California, specializing in single-family home sales. She then opened her own law office in 2009. Ms. Dailey’s practice included business entity formation, annual record-keeping for California corporations, real estate consulting services in residential, commercial, probate, and construction rehabilitation transactions, contract disputes, and unlawful detainer actions. Ms. Dailey provided pro bono legal services for Alameda County’s Volunteer Legal Services Corporation while working at her law office, as well as represented indigent persons accused of misdemeanor crimes for the Alameda County Bar Association’s Court Appointed Attorney program.
