Charles R. Lipcon is an experienced lawyer that has been practicing since 1971. He graduated from the University of Miami with his Juris Doctorate degree in 1971 and was then admitted into the Florida State Bar. He specialized in maritime law, personal injury, cruise line, sexual assault and wrongful death matters. He is the president of Lipcon, Margulies, Alsina, And Winkelman, P.A. in Miami , Florida. Since graduating law school from the University of Miami in 1998, Barbra has practiced in the area of civil litigation. She subsequently worked for 12 years primarily in medical malpractice where she was a partner for a boutique medical malpractice defense firm.
