About Michael
While in law school, Mr. Aitken had a certain idea of what his future practice would like, having interactions with everyday people. During years with private practice firms, that simply was not the case. The most interaction he was getting was sending letters to clients. To ensure this side of his practice dream, he opened his own firm in August 2012, conveniently located in Havertown, Pennsylvania, so that he could represent people and small businesses, in Southeastern Pennsylvania and South New Jersey, who depend on quality legal services at a great value. Keeping overhead low is a fundamental part of his practice belief, and he tries to pass that on by offering lower fees and rates than other attorneys.
Mr. Aitken graduated from Elizabethtown College, cum laude, with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Thereafter, he received his Master of Arts in International Relations from Syracuse University Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs and Juris Doctor from Syracuse University College of Law. Mr. Aitken resides with his wife and son in Springfield, Pennsylvania. In his free time, he is a trail running enthusiast, and plays tennis.
