About Michael
Michael Gregerson joined Arthur, Chapman, Kettering, Smetak & Pikala, P.A. as an associate attorney who concentrates his practice in the areas of workers' compensation and subrogation. Prior to joining Arthur Chapman, Michael practiced in the areas of workers' compensation insurance defense and civil litigation. His workers' compensation practice included representing insurance companies and self-insured employers in workers' compensation matters from inception to appeal.
While attending William Mitchell College of Law, Michael authored a case note as a member of the William Mitchell Law Review, provided research assistance for Professor Michael Steenson on Minnesota Practice Series' Civil Jury Instruction Guide (Vol. 5), and clerked as a judicial intern for the Honorable Allen L. Oleisky in Hennepin County District Court.
