About Michael
Michael J. DePaul is an associate at The Dolan Law Firm. His practice focuses on representing employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination cases. He also represents individuals in personal injury cases.
Michael received his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 2003, and he earned his undergraduate degree in History at the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1998. In law school, Michael was a member of the Public Interest Law Foundation and the National Lawyers Guild. He also served as a law clerk at the Wisconsin Supreme Court. Before moving to California, Michael represented low-income clients in criminal and family law matters in Madison.
Michael is experienced in all aspects of labor and employment law, and he regularly serves as a volunteer attorney at the Legal Aid Society's Workers' Rights Clinic. Michael has litigated cases in state and federal court, and he also has argued in the California Court of Appeal.
In his spare time, Michael enjoys soccer, surfing, music, art, and literature.
