About Michael
Michael J. O'Donnell earned his law degree from Suffolk University. He devotes his law practice to representing clients who have been seriously injured as the result of accidents or medical malpractice. He has obtained millions of dollars for clients and their families who have been seriously injured or killed in motor vehicle accidents, construction site accidents, property accidents, and people who have been injured by defective products. He has helped people who have suffered spinal cord and brain injuries get compensation for their injuries.
Attorney O'Donnell represented the plaintiff widow in the case of Bowden v. McKenna, et. al., in the United States District Court, which was the first wrongful death case won by a plaintiff against police officers where the police were initially cleared of wrongdoing by their department and investigating government agencies. In the case of Cushing v. Lily Transportation Company, he recovered millions of dollars for a truck driver and his family in the first ever case where a non-medical defendant was found liable for infecting a plaintiff with the AIDS virus through a blood transfusion after a truck accident.
