About Michael
Mr. Suleta is an associate in the Business Department and a member of the Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy Practice Group. His practice focuses on corporate bankruptcy, workouts, commercial foreclosures, restructuring, debtor/creditor rights and bankruptcy litigation.
Mr. Suleta is a former law clerk to the Honorable Manuel Barbosa of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois and to the Honorable Anthony J. Parrillo of the New Jersey Superior Court, Appellate Division. Additionally, Mr. Suleta served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez, U.S. District Judge and the Honorable Ann Marie Donio, U.S. Magistrate Judge. Prior to law school, Mr. Suleta spent five years representing various Fortune 500 financial institutions and insurance companies as a management consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and IBM.
Mr. Suleta received his B.S. in Finance and Management Information Systems from Boston College in 1999 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 2007, where he was an Articles Editor for the Rutgers Law Journal and received the honor of Best Brief in his First Year Legal Research and Writing course. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
