About Michelle
As a trial attorney with a national practice, Michelle's experience includes the defense of manufacturers of medical devices and consumer goods in products liability and injury matters, as well as construction defect cases. Michelle also regularly defends utility service companies on all types of claims including: property damage, personal injury, compliance and administrative issues, and high exposure lawsuits.
Michelle has significant experience in complex class action litigation both on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants, including representation of multiple pharmaceutical manufacturers in various states. Her experience includes: national representation at all stages of suit including trial, motion practice, conducting and defending fact and expert depositions; negotiating settlement; representing clients at mediation and arbitration; and advising clients regarding contractual concerns, administrative compliance and risk management strategies.
Prior to her civil litigation experience, Michelle was a prosecuting attorney who tried numerous cases to verdict.
