About Mindy
Mindy is an associate practicing in the litigation section. She is licensed to practice law in Texas.
AREAS OF CONCENTRATION
Mindy assists clients in defending and pursuing actions involving: Business disputes, Oil and Gas disputes, Employment and Labor issues, and Personal Injury. Her experience includes investigating claims, pre-trial discovery and preparation. In addition, Mindy assists senior litigation attorneys with research, pleadings, discovery, and the daily handling of matters involving a variety of issues complex litigation matters, governmental entity defense, employment and labor claims, debt collections, and other civil matters.

During her second year of law school, Texas Tech chose Mindy as one of four students to represent Tech in a mock trial competition held in Indianapolis, Indiana. Mindy received the "Excellence for the Future" award for her study of criminal law.
