When I first entered law school, it was my vision to have my own practice and be the down-to-earth local lawyer my community could depend on, representing those people who I relate with most. Throughout law school, I was encouraged to join the largest firm I could, so that’s what I did. For the past ten years, I have worked as an insurance defense attorney. I’ve spearheaded high-stakes litigations and managed disputes over several million dollars. But I was on the wrong side. Defending insurance companies against people who genuinely needed help with their medical costs was always challenging because at my core I knew I wanted to be on the other side.In April 2022, I opened Josh Daniel Law to fulfill my vision of having my own local practice where I earn my clients the money and peace of mind they deserve. I’m a big family man and enjoy being the father to my three children, Jimma, Shelby, and Magnolia, and a husband to my wife, Aimee. When I’m not practicing law, I spend time restoring old cars, reading, and exploring the great outdoors.
