Jonathan A. Alderman is managing partner at the Anderson, Walker & Reichert, LLP, in Macon, Georgia. Estate planning, estate administration, will and trust drafting, contract and prenuptial agreement drafting, adoption, incorporation, business guidance, and charitable organization representation are all within Mr. Alderman's scope of practice. He has also handled cases involving commercial/contract law, real estate, insurance defense, and personal injury. Born in Evansville, Indiana, Jonathan spent his formative years in Cochran, Georgia, where his father served as president of Middle Georgia College and his grandfather, Lucian A. Whipple, practiced law for 75 years before retiring at age 97. In 1981, he graduated with an associate's degree from Middle Georgia College, and in 1983, he graduated with a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Georgia with highest honors and membership in Phi Beta Kappa. In 1986, he graduated with a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia with honors, and he started working with Anderson, Walker & Reichert in 1986. Mr. Alderman married a Georgia educator; Amy Holland, formerly of Dexter, GA who spent the past four decades instructing students in Jones, Twiggs, Ben Hill, Walton, Baldwin, Bibb and Clarke counties. His daughter Kim works as a nurse practitioner in Columbus, Georgia.

Ralph Goldberg has practiced law since 1975. He is a member of all courts in Georgia, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and Supreme Court of The United States. He has specialized in constitutional litigation, police misconduct, consumer law, and bankruptcy, and is recognized for his expertise and tireless advocacy of his clients.

Justin represents clients nationwide in both federal and state courts. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of litigation subject areas, including RICO, products liability, shareholder derivative actions, business valuation cases, trade secrets, breach of trust or fiduciary duty matters, lost profits, consumer fraud, business torts, constitutional, civil rights, and computer fraud cases. Justin is a member of the Firm’s Cannabis Industry Group. In this role, Justin advises individuals, farmers, and businesses in a wide variety of issues, including licensure and compliance.

Randy Williams is a recognized litigator, partner, and co-founder of Williams & Thomas. He specializes in complex litigation, criminal defense, and real estate transactions for the metropolitan area. Randy brings business and executive ingenuity to the firm's leadership. He obtained his Doctor of Law from Emory University where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes under the Fulton County Solicitor General and Dekalb County District Attorney. Prior to practicing Randy served as an executive gaining extensive experience in various areas of business management. In his spare time, Randy enjoys playing tennis, mentoring, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
