About David
David Moore graduated from high school in Phoenix and attended Arizona State University where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 1996. After college he attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan. Despite being a three year program, Mr. Moore finished law school in two years, graduating in the top 1/3 of his class in 2000. He passed the bar examination on his first attempt where he “multi-stating out” due to his excellent performance on the multi state bar examination portion of the bar examination.
Mr. Moore has been a licensed attorney since 2001 and is admitted to the practice of law in the states of Arizona and Michigan as well as the Federal Courts. He has successfully practiced in over 38 counties in Michigan as well as both Eastern and Western District of Michigan in the Federal Court system. In Arizona Mr. Moore has practices in the counties of Mohave, Coconino, Navajo, La Paz, Yavapai, Gila, Maricopa, Pinal, and Pima.
David Moore began his legal career as a prosecuting attorney where he honed his litigation skills day in and day out inside and outside the courtroom. In private practice he has used these same skills to the benefit of his clients in order to achieve outstanding results. As a prosecutor and as a defense attorney he has worked on literally hundreds of DUI, sex offense, assault, drug, and homicide cases.
