About Nancy

Nancy E. Bergold concentrates her practice in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. Ms. Bergold began her career with Steel, Hector and Davis in Miami , Florida and subsequently worked for the Securities and Exchange Commission-Division of Enforcement. As President of Hykel Enterprises, a real estate development company, and later with Trammell Crow as Senior Vice President, she has served individually as a court appointed receiver for a number of properties and has been involved in a full array of commercial real estate projects, including the oversight and management of institutional portfolios and underperforming and distressed assets. More recently with Flagler Development Company, she has been involved in the design, marketing and leasing of numerous commercial developments as well as having served as a consultant for a broad range of investment sales. 

Ms. Bergold is an active member of the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, and is a licensed Real Estate broker.

Ms. Bergold is a member of the Florida Bar. She received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where she was senior editor of Law Review. She received her Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from the University of Florida .
