About Nekeisha
Nekeisha represents individuals in the private and federal sectors in various aspects of employment law, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, the Equal Pay Act, whistleblower, and removal/termination.
Nekeisha has extensive experience litigating federal sector employment cases. Prior to joining Alan Lescht & Associates, P.C., Nekeisha served as an attorney in the Office of the General Counsel at a federal agency where she represented the agency in various employment-related matters before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB). She also provided training to agency personnel on frequently misunderstood topics such as reasonable accommodation and fitness for duty.
Nekeisha attended the George Washington University Law School, where she focused on employment law and employment discrimination law. During law school, she interned at the EEOC to supplement her studies.
