Jeffrey P. Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. Mr. Luszeck has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in contested matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates, including undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical incapacity. Renee M. Finch is a Partner in Messner Reeves’ Las Vegas Litigation Practice Group. Ms. Finch’s career began as a manager overseeing claims professionals at a major insurance company. While excelling in that position, Ms. Finch also graduated in the top 20% of her class from The William S. Boyd School of Law, then put her career experience to work in the Las Vegas litigation arena. Anthony P. Sgro is a partner and founding member of Sgro & Roger, LLC. After attending the University of San Diego for both his undergraduate education and law school, Mr. Sgro returned to Las Vegas and began practicing primarily in the area of criminal defense. In short order, he became a “death qualified” attorney and focused on defending those charged with capital murder offenses. ​ After trying numerous cases, Mr. Sgro used his unique trial experience to branch out into other areas of law, including personal injury, entertainment, and business law. Remarkably, he found his trial skill set transferred to those areas as well. Since the beginning of his career, Mr. Sgro has tried over 125 jury trials in both the civil and criminal arena.
