Richard B. Stone is a member of the firm of Stone Mandia, LLC with over four decades of litigation experience. Mr. Stone is admitted to the State Courts and Federal District Courts in New Jersey and New York. He graduated from Rutgers University in 1967. After fulfilling his military obligations, Mr. Stone attended John Marshall Law School and graduated with honors in 1972. Since 1972 Mr. Stone has concentrated his law practice in the areas of personal injury, marital and family matters, medical and professional malpractice, complex commercial litigation, domestic violence, municipal and criminal matters.

For over 25 years, Stephen Matarazzo has helped workers pursue redress of grievances and bring workers compensation cases to a successful closure in New Jersey. He’s been an ally of working people for a quarter of a century. Stephen became an attorney to make a difference in client’s lives. He explains, “I practice workers’ compensation law because those who produce for all the country all too often get the short end of the stick. Joseph Donatiello was born and raised in Northern New Jersey and received his J.D. in 2009 from Rutgers School of Law in Newark. Following law school, he served as the judicial law clerk for the Honorable Joseph V. Isabella, J.S.C., in the Criminal Division of the Hudson County Superior Court. ​ At the completion of his term as a judicial law clerk, Mr. Donatiello began a career in public service by working as an Assistant District Attorney with the Bronx County District Attorney's Office. During his time at the Bronx District Attorney's Office, Mr. Donatiello was assigned to the Criminal Court Bureau, where he gained invaluable experience with a variety of cases including Driving While Intoxicated, Assault, Harassment, Menacing, Driving While Suspended, Theft of Services, and Possession of Weapons and Drugs. He was responsible for prosecuting these cases from commencement through trial. ​ After leaving the Bronx District Attorney’s Office, Mr. Donatiello returned to New Jersey and, in February 2014, he opened up his own firm in Nutley, New Jersey. Since then, Mr. Donatiello has frequently appeared in court representing defendants charged with criminal and traffic offenses in New Jersey Superior Court and Municipal Court, New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission Suspension Hearings, as well as in New York Supreme and Criminal Court. ​ The clients he represents have been charged with a variety of offenses including Possession of Controlled Dangerous Substances, Driving While Intoxicated, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Assault, Shoplifting, Criminal Mischief, Theft by Deception, Speeding, Driving While Suspended, and many other motor vehicle offenses. ​ Mr. Donatiello is currently admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. ​ In February 2022, Mr. Donatiello was appointed the Public Defender for the Township of Nutley.

Blair R. Zwillman has over 40 years of experience with the criminal justice system. After serving as a Law Clerk to Superior Court Judge Joseph M. Thuring in Hudson County, he became a Deputy Attorney General in the Division of Criminal Justice, a section of the New Jersey Attorney General's Office. There he prosecuted cases. In 1979, he left state service and began the private practice of criminal law, with his primary goal to assist and defend those charged with a crime. Mr. Zwillman is well regarded by his peers and is a frequent contributor to legal publications. He has successfully defended those charged with both white-collar crimes and all other crimes. His practice includes federal court matters nationwide, New Jersey state matters, public agency cases, and municipal case matters. He also handles licensing issues for doctors, dentists, and other professionals before state licensing boards.

Scott Kessler specializes in Personal Injury matters, including Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall Accidents, Truck Accidents, and Dog Bite cases. Mr. Kessler also specializes in Workers’ Compensation cases, and was for ten years recognized by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney. Mr. Kessler has been named a total of thirteen times to the annual “Super Lawyers” list published in New Jersey Monthly Magazine, for his work in the areas of both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury law. Appearing in the New Jersey Supreme Court, Mr. Kessler successfully fought to establish new legal precedents and expand the rights of injured workers in the Supreme Court case of Sager vs. O. A. Peterson Construction Co., and has appeared in New Jersey’s Appellate Division on several additional matters. He was the Acting Municipal Prosecutor for Freehold Borough from 1990 – 1991, and has also served as a Monmouth County Public Defender Pool Attorney, and as a private Criminal Defense attorney. Mr. Kessler has been the Managing Shareholder of Team Law since 2012, and has been the Managing Attorney of the Team Law Workers’ Compensation Department since 1991. Mr. Kessler graduated from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1980, and received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1988. He became licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey, in 1988. He has served as a Vice-President of The New Jersey Advisory Council on Safety and Health, a workers’ rights advocacy group, since 2008, and is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the New Jersey Association of Justice.
