Robert H. Johnson has spent his career representing clients in U.S. Bankruptcy Court and New Jersey insolvency proceedings. Prior to founding this firm, Mr. Johnson practiced at a premier boutique bankruptcy firm in northern New Jersey. Robert was a member of the NJ Bankruptcy Inn of Courts and was recognized as a New Jersey Super lawyer “Rising Star.” After graduation from Rutgers School of Law-Camden, he served a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Raymond A. Hayser, The State of New Jersey Tax Court, Newark, NJ.. Outside of the office, Robert volunteered at local high schools to teach about the importance of financial responsibility through the NJ Bankruptcy Law Foundation and NJ Higher Education Student Assistant Authority Joint Financial Literacy Project. His main enjoyment is spending time with his wife and daughters, as well as playing basketball, softball and golf.

He went on to graduate from Drake University School of Law with a J.D. in 1994. He is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the New Jersey Bar Association, and the Iowa Bar Association. He has been practicing law in New Jersey since 1996, and has been located in the same office space in Piscataway for the last ten years. In addition to his work as a general practice lawyer, Mr. Otto is also an active volunteer in his Piscataway community. He coaches a variety of sports for the Piscataway Recreation Department and routinely volunteers with the Cub Scouts in Morris County.
