Gary. Port has been recognized by the New York Law Journal in 2016, in “Those Who Lead, Pro Bono Category.” He was also honored in 2016 by the Center for Children, Families and the Law, and the Gitenstein Institute for Health Law and Policy. Who is Albert E. Norato, Jr.? He is not just some white-collared reclusive lawyer who works for the nice sports care and lavish lifestyle. Eventually, Albert moved back to the East Coast and settled in Suffolk County. In 2000, he joined the Suffolk County Legal Aid Society as a staff attorney for the Family Law Bureau, where he handled a variety of cases. Along with his casework, he handled his own appeals in a truly dedicated fashion. In 2001, he was transferred to the District Court Bureau where he worked in general trial parts and was ultimately permitted to become a member of the D-35 Felony Team.
