About Nicholas

Nicholas Bowers was a summer associate with Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in the summer of 2008 prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2009.  Nick concentrates his practice in SIU litigation.
 
Nick is a 2009 graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law where he served as the Senior Note and Comment Editor on the Temple International and Comparative Law Journal.  While at Temple, Nick also studied abroad in Rome, Italy, where he took classes on European Union Law and International Environmental Law.
 
Nick garnered a diverse range of legal experience before joining the firm.  Prior to law school, he was employed on Capitol Hill at the United States House Committee on Ways and Means, Subcommittee on Trade where he worked in an effort to implement bilateral and multilateral trade agreements. During law school, Nick worked for a Judge at the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia where he obtained experience with respect to criminal legal practice.  During his third year of law school, Nick completed a clinical internship in the Civil Division at the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.  In this capacity, he dealt with matters rooted in Bankruptcy law.
 
Nick received his undergraduate degree from Loyola College in Maryland where he was a four-year member of the NCAA Division One varsity tennis team.  He was the team's number one singles player his junior year and served as team captain during his senior season.  Nick studied political science at Loyola and completed an internship in Sydney, Australia following his junior year. He is admitted to practice in the state of New Jersey.
