About Nicholas

I have been licensed to practice law in the state of Tennessee since 2009.  I currently run a general practice law firm, along with being of counsel for another firm.  I primarily focus on cases involving Personal Injury, Debt Collection, Breach of Contract, and Landlord/Tenant Issues.  I also have experience in multiple areas of Family Law.  My education began at Lake Forest College, located in Lake Forest, IL, where I studied Business and Political Science.  I was also a member of the 2002 Mid West Conference Championship football team and a three time selection to the All-Conference Team.  Following graduation, I attended the Thomas M. Cooley College of Law in Lansing, Michigan, where I received my Doctorate of Jurisprudence.  After completing my studies at Thomas M. Cooley in late 2008, I relocated to Nashville where I have resided ever since.  Beyond my formal education, I routinely attend seminars and CLE’s throughout the state to keep educated of the changes that occur in various areas of the law every year.
