Prior to launching her own firm, Noma Osarumwense worked at an intellectual property law firm, where she gained hands-on experience in patent law, trademark law, trade secret protection, and comprehensive IP strategy development. This experience provides valuable insight into protecting and leveraging intellectual property assets as critical components of business value and asset protection strategies.

Noma Osarumwense earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center, where she gained comprehensive experience through judicial and legal internships that span multiple practice areas. As a judicial intern for Justice Frances Bourliot of the Texas 14th Court of Appeals, she developed a deep understanding of appellate procedure and legal reasoning. Her legal experience also includes working with a global energy company, a full-service law firm, and an intellectual property law firm, providing exposure to the complex legal issues facing businesses across various industries.
